Spider Injector Replacement Problem

I just replaced my spider injector. Disassembly and installation of injector went fine. But when I attempted to put the upper manifold back on, it seem not to go down far enough. Still 1/2" gap. Is there a trick to getting the upper manifold back on over the spider injector? I lubed the...

Another Double DIN installation -1999 K1500

Spider Injector Comparison

I'm in the process of ordering the fuel injector converting to the MPI and have read several threads on the process. I've seen on several different forums recommendation for the injector parts and seems like the consensus is either use the AC Delco or the Delphi part. Here's the question...
