What parts do I need to swap stepside bed for a fleetside?

That I correct as long as it is a Short bed. Did that to my '90 Sent from my KFTT using Tapatalk 2

Door handles completely jacked up

You will be able to see and get to the linkages when the handles are out. You may need pliers to get leverage

Speedometer Bounced at 10 MPH, Then Stopped Working?

Check the vehicle speed sensor. If the sensor or wiring is bad you will have those symptons

Snow Plows

I have a cable operated western on my `96 tahoe. After a while I just got used to it. To make it easier you can put connectors on for the plow lights. Mine had to get hard wired in. Sent from my KFTT using Tapatalk 2
