Speedometer Bounced at 10 MPH, Then Stopped Working?

I have a 94' GMC Sierra, 2500, and the speedometer went out. The cruise control no longer works either. Not sure whats wrong with it. All other gauges work too. The gauge and brake fuses are also good. Can anyone help? I'm clueless.

Check the vehicle speed sensor. If the sensor or wiring is bad you will have those symptons

Do you know where that is? I looked and I can't see it..
