2-4" lift pics

I want to lift my truck a few inches since I put new 285 tires on it. What does everyone think of the rough country 2-3 inch lift? Would I be better off with a block and crank the t bars? Pics of trucks with up to a 4 inch lift would be really appreciated, I'm just curious how they look so I can...

true dual straights on 350 vortec

I have a 97 ecsb 4x4 that has true dual glass packs on it. Wasn't loud enough so I took the cats out and I still want it louder (I'm 16) so I want this thing to be a real head turner in the small town I live in. it runs fine right now and no engine light so far. But I want to know if anyone else...
