I have a vortec 350, I put a comp 08-801-8 cam, valve springs, 1.6 roller rockers and headers on it, when I got it tuned it would lean out after 5000 rpms, injectors wouldn't push enough fuel, I got a set of heads with 185cc intake runners, 2.02 and 1.60 valves and longtubes, what can I do to get enough fuel to still run it up to 6000 rpms, I've looked into marine intake but can't find any for sale.

I'll look at those spider assemblies and a higher pressure fuel pump won't do anything, your fuel pressure regulator keeps it the same

I was looking into putting a carb intake on it and an efi kit like a fast or a Fitech but the fast kits and out of budget so I decided on Fitech but they're on backorder and I don't have the time it wait for one

then adjustable fuel pressure regulator. I had TBI in mind with their 14psi but for a vortec still wouldn't be a bad idea to upgrade to a Walbro

Supposedly the spider is good for 400hp not sure the rpm range on that would figure 6000. I'm very interested to see how this goes. Will be building one soon thinking about going with a holley stealth ram.
