Bump 
The two wire connector is for the drivers side seat belt. The wiring runs under the carpet from the seat belt base and comes out below the convenience center and plugs into the connector that you have pictured.
That harness gets attached to the back of the dash via those two metal mounting tabs.

that wire must have been removed when i took the seats out / ripped up carpet few yrs ago. I installed seats from a 07 tahoe..
Im gona have to find a different spot for the harness to attach as I no longer have the square dash.
Everything else i had labeled ! Thanks for all your help
