Well I ain't been on in awhile and I've got some updated shots of the truck. I just recently replaced the original 4" rear block with a 5.5" and put the old girl up on some 315 Cooper Stt's. My fenders are sitting somewhere around 44.5" in front and 43.5" in rear. Before After- strictlydiesel

rc 4" lift
Install is quicker with the new one I believe. Other than that there are just cosmetic differences and slight changes in bracketry that I've seen. The old lift is very similar if not identical to the superlift suspension lifts for our trucks. I'd jump on that deal if everything is there and...- strictlydiesel

my decrank is only temporary. i had just bought new tires a few months before i decided i was going to lift the truck. even at the lowest point of the sub-frame i still have a foot of ground clearance...a foot and a couple inches if measuring dead center at the skid plate. it isnt too bad...- strictlydiesel

Would a 6" RCX and 33"s look weird?
Just dont crank it to 6 and leave the aal out till you need new tires. Im running 285s on the older RCX 6" and I believe im only cranked to about 5"...my CVs are near flat. Its been on for 4yrs now and I have absolutely no complaints.- strictlydiesel

Squeeky Bushings
Ive used 3 in 1 and it seemed to help a little, when it got cold the squeak would go away but in summer months it would come back. I replaced all my upper and lower control arm bushings w/ poly's when I did BJs and Tie-rods. Was a huge PITA, but no squeak. Mine needed replacing though, my...- strictlydiesel

thanks, ill see if i cant dig some up, if not ill try and get some tomorrow when the suns out. yup, no aals or crank. only got 33s but i do plan on 36s when my current shoes wear out. yup, i do. and the center caps need to be refinished or replaced also. just need to find a little time.- strictlydiesel
