Nv5600 has mixed reviews......and is expensive. As far as the rotors, I say E450 because they still used a 8 x 6.5 bolt pattern, then you just need some 10 x7.25 hubs. If you can find them, look for 99-04 f450 4x4 hubs....uses the same 10 x 7.25 bolt pattern, but is lug centric, not hub centric...

Yeah, mine still has the original frame and wheel base. They cut the floor pan to clear the frame on mine. Make a replacement cab hard to find for me. I like that your will use a standard gm cab instead of a custom one like mine.
General motors never made them as a crew cab. I'd imagine yours has the 12" frame brace where the frame curves upward to clear the rear axle? Seems that all the crew cab 3500hds that I have seen have that extra brace for the rear cab mounts, and the center rear of the cab has to be cut out and...
Mine has the plate in the door jamb still. I asked a few dealerships and they were not very helpful. One guy had only ever seen one in 35 years selling GMC commercial trucks.
Do you know which company did the crew cab conversion on you truck? Mines a Jerry Adams Enterprises conversion and I haven't been able to find out anything numbers wise on how many they made. I've heard it was only around 600ish trucks that they did this to....
