He said its a kit designed for the 88-98 and I notice on the fenders it carrys a the upper body line into the fender. I believe it is built for these trucks. When I found one online, It was a complete swap.

Just got a guy who emailed me off craigslist. Has a complete and in good shape 06 Caddy front clip for 250.00. I would be putting it on my daily driver. Just something to be different, But before I do... I just ordered all brand new clear lights, HID's and a Silverado Grill for my front end...
