Cool build! For the computer, are you doing the tune or having it done? I have the equipment to flash 512k and 1M PCMs, but had to rely on people for help to make the actual binaries.

gotcha, yea junkyards are hit and miss. Esp now where they only want to pull the exact parts for you. *start rant* I guess people dont care about pulling their own parts anymore but I like walking around the junkyard and finding out stuff that I would never know. *end rant* Like for instance...

Ah typical. I didn't mention the 0.627 (16mm) pin because figured they would sending you the correct parts (like you ordered)...but that's the way it goes sometimes. .627" ~16mm pin is used on later hydroboost vehicles and I have never seen it on a GMT400 truck. I think GMT400s only have 4...

Rear brakes locking

Do you have hydroboost? Several gmt400s with hydroboost I've had would lock the back wheels sometimes when you just tap the brakes. But for me this only happens in the first minute of driving from a cold start though.

How can I bypass VATS or delete it?

It's just one bit flip to turn this off in your computer. if you dont know or have time to figure it out (all of the info is out there for free), paying a turner $50-$75 is a pretty cheap and easy option. If you really cant find one let me know.

Word :smoke2:. They are nice but can cost alot more if you don't find a deal. Plus they are typically in work pigs, so the ones i've come across were either beat to or were used heavly in an obvious plow truck (no thanks). If you have a 4.3 or 5.0 I wouldnt completely shut out a nv3500 trans...

hmm yea not sure, you might have to change the master to one that's the same diameter as was origionally equipped with the nv4500. maybe check to see if the PN is the same for ones with nv3500 vs nv4500? if the pn is different see if you can find master cyl diameters (like 3/4" 7/8" etc) and...

O2 sensor help

if you have an old O2 sensor that you dont want anymore, just break off the non thread part and fill it with weld. This is hand too when welding near a bung, so you dont get weld splatter in the threads.

not sure what you mean for external slave on internal master? I'm guessing you mean you have the GM style slave (sticks out the bellhousing near the starter but other direction). but what do you mean for internal master?
