Im just curious, im going to revive this thread from the dead lol.
I built a 383 stroker that im going Carb, Does capping that fuel line going to the canister and just getting a different gas cap really work? Or is there another way I can make this work with a smaller canister or something? I...
I welded on a new leaf spring perch on my axle to do a 4/6 drop... I know some of the kits back up the axle abit. Has anyone ever tried lowering the truck without moving the axle back abit? I don't like the wheel not being centered to the wheel well on the box... but I also don't want to bottom...
So I've been doing research about a tbi setup on a 383. My engine should be around 450hp and 475 ft/pds of torque.
So will the system work without doing a computer mod? Can I just so the tbi mod and bigger injectors from a 454?

Man, I haven't been on this site forever! lol anyways, if your looking to build a truck that will handle like a "sports car"..i think you may be disappointed unless you have real deep pockets.

Well, finally back at it... ordered my coils and starring to mock up the rear end again..was never truly happy with 4 link setup I had install before. So I'm restarting it. Hopefully next weekend I'll cut out the old and redo it.
Why you being so rude about white trucks.. I don't know if it's just me but some people like them and your calling them gay? I don't like white either... but it's not that bad.
Honestly, being from Northern ontario, the truck is pretty mint even with that bit of rust. I wouldn't be scared...
