1998 5.7 Hesitation and Misfire
I recently put a remaned jasper motor in my 1998 K1500 SCSB. It ran it through the 500 mile break though, and then took it off-road. Alot of the spots had some water. 98 k1500 Pedal wont get fully hard?
I can unscrew the bleeder about 1/4 of a turn before I start to get fluid out of the bleeder and around it. The moment the fluid comes out of the bleeder, its comes around it aswell. So I cannot get fluid out of the bleeder without getting it around the screw.- ChrisR36

initially, when me and my uncle did the brakes, he had a scan tool and bleed them. But if I replace the master cylinders now, will I need to bleed it again with the scan tool? I bought this K1500 roughly a year ago, its a 98 scsb 4x4 and did all around brakes when I first got it. The pedal never got "fully" hard but was drive able. 98 4L60E Hard Shift 1 - 2
I noticed my 4L60E is has been shifting a bit hard lately. Between 1st and 2nd gear I can feel the shift, but not audible sound corresponds with it. Its just a rough shift. I did a fluid and filter about 400 miles ago, and it is still shifting hard after that. Ideas>?- ChrisR36

Power Locks Broken K1500
A few days ago I installed a keyless entry on my 98k1500 I simply got a paperclip between pins 4 and 8 on the OBD plug like shown in videos. That worked fantastic. Used it for a few days, replaced the outside door handle today, had to take apart the door and everything. Put it all back together...- ChrisR36

98 K1500 4l60E TRANNY FLUSH/OVERFUL
Ive bought this truck a few months ago, motor just went out and Im in the works of obtaining and putting a new one in. I should be done by next weekend if all goes to plan.
