Where does this harness connect to??

I have a 95 c1500 I'm in the process of restoring. I've already pulled the old tired engine out and thought I did a decent job labeling wiring harnesses. Only to find I missed one. Can anyone help in identifying the harness in the pics? It was located at the back of the engine and I don't recall...

One thing about the steering wheel. The original wheel creates several inches of space between it and the column. You'll need to get a spacer along with it so you won't make contact with the turn signal. I purchased the quick release as a spacer for the benefit of extra security. They make...
