Are there any kits out there for a different truck that will fit ours? I know zone makes a 1" BL kit for past gen Blazers IIRC

Sure, but the bolts might not be the right length and the bumper relocators and all that stuff probably won't line up.... the only thing that you will use for sure would be the spacers

I'd go with what P1 suggested or for the easiest route just go get a 2"

Ok, how long are our bolts stock?

I can't remember the length of the stock bolts but they are a metric 12mm bolt. Download the install instructions for a 2" kit and it will list the length of the bolts in the kit and just take 25mm away to get 1" longer then stock.

I'm also looking into a 1" bl i talked to PA and you would need 14 3" wide spacers and 2 2" wide spacers for your truck. if you look in there instructions they list the lengths of the bolts, i think the pitch is 1.75 but i still have to check. all in all i figure you could make a kit for about 75 bucks. also i was planning on elongating the holes for the front bumper to fill the gap, but i still have to take a look at it to see if its feasible. zone and summit racing both have the blocks for individual sale.

With a 1" you dont even need to raise the front bumper, just then the bumper filler under the grill will sit just above the bumper instead of behind. There used to be a tan colored (I think) reg cab long box on FSC that did a 1" bodylift but that has been a few years ago.
