Don't lose hope. You can diagnose this.
Here is what I would do if I were in your shoes.
1. Verify the battery. I know it's new, but take the battery or the truck back to Autozone and have them load test the new battery- just to be sure.
2. If the battery is good, pull the negative cable off and charge the battery with an external charger. This starts you off with a charged battery.
3. Test for parasitic draw. See this video for a tutorial:

4. If after pulling fuses you find something, chase that circuit.
5. If you don't find something, look into the Alternator bridge diodes.
6. If the above does not work; find another mechanic. This should be gravy for a good one.
At night, or when you are not driving it, disconnect a battery cable so you are not worrying / babysitting it until you find it.
