Oh I didn't mean a donkey djck cam, my friend did a 206/212 with a tighter LSA on his LH6 and said he gained torque from an idle to redline. That's how I like to "cam" trucks.
I get where you're coming from. But I'm not sure id call a 228/230 duration cam that big.
Its relatively mild, in my opinion.
The Summit 8712 has a noticeable lope, knowing the factory torque converter supplied with the factory LS equipped trucks is almost too small for a stock cam.
I didn't want to lose drivability further by swapping converters to a higher stall, too.
