Ok, made some more progress today on the 2006 F150 5.4....Knock sensors, cylinder head temp sensor, actuator and attaching rods at back of new intake, coolant crossover installed with new thermostat, vacuum vent set up for power brakes and fuel pressure regulator, new ignition coils and boots, new injectors and o-rings, intake installed and fuel rail hooked up, harness ran at back of block for all listed connections, new throttle body installed. Before anyone says anything, yes, all along the way, if I ran in to a ground, it got disconnected and cleaned and retensioned.
