There was a pic of a white reg cab square body dually originally, but also had the plate visible.

If it's just a plate on a vehicle on the road, it's not attached to anyone specifically by an observer. You're just a person driving a vehicle. Online, I'm sure it becomes part of all the data that's collected about us, possibly by hackers. I've also read that some govts actually have a publically accesible data-base with plates.

This is an old 28yr Ontario truck plate. They are all 7 digits now here.
