Picked up a set of 2016 camero seats for my 2 door Tahoe. Played around with the factory mounts but the passenger side would not work. Had to fab up a set of brackets out of 2” angle. Power was a simple two wire hook up, has made a huge difference for how the truck feels

Those look great. Do you have more pics of the brackets?

That’s the out side rail. Inside rail I didn’t really take any pics of. I’ll get more pics next weekend, I have to make my brother a couple of sets

Any chance could you take a pic of the passenger side seat folded forward ? (For reference getting into back seat of extended cab with no 3rd door)

I just reread all 77 pages. Looks like my cheat worked best still. But aroind page 40 a poster described our dilemma for extended cab / no 3rd door. Plenty single cabs. And those look great i cant lie. But I would like to add a slider to the bottom of my seats. It limits to just me in driver now; and passenger it is what it is. So what do i need to snag from the junkyard so i can custom a bracket to attach? I realize a few inches gota come off one or the other. Nobiggie, i enjoy fab work.

87-90 chrysler lebaron 2 door coupes used to have seat track sliders on the passenger side bucket seat that when you fold the seat back forward, a linkage would automatically unlatch the track sliders and the seat will slide forward.

To put the seat back, just push thr seat bottom back to slide back. When you get it to where you want it, push the seat back up in position and it locks the seat bottom in position.

I wonder if something like this could be adapted to a chevy truck seat.
