After sleeping on it, I decided that my getting that wheel unstuck after yesterday’s failed attempts was an unlikely outcome, at least within a realistic amount of time. Thanks. We do have a generator, plus there's a 20A outlet in the barn, maybe 60' away. I have 100' 10 GA extension cord, which should do the trick for any sort of power tool needs. And rigging some temporary lighting up wouldn't be that tough, now that you mention it. Looking back through this...- South VA

Given that the LF wheel is thoroughly stuck, I'm guessing one or more of the others may be stuck as well. Since we're going to be on the road Monday bright and early, and have a lot to do before we leave, I may just call Jim's shop this morning and see if they can squeeze me in to pull all four...- South VA

Attempted to remove the driver's side wheel to provide better access to install an inner fender splash shield, and couldn't get the wheel off. Tried the methods suggested in the SM, but to no avail. So I torqued it back on and decided deal with it tomorrow. Turns out I didn't really need to...- South VA

Odd thing is, it's not available in black. They had all four colors on display: Candy Apple Metallic Red, Sunburst Metallic Orange, Metallic Purple, and Yellow. Just to follow up on trans temp monitoring discussed earlier in the thread: I ordered this OBD2 bluetooth dongle, which uses the ELM327 chip (supposedly a good thing): It doesn't come with its own app, so I'll try DashCommand, per @Caman96 's recommendation. -

I was thinking I'd pitch the old jack into the metal bin at the transfer station, but now am going to search more diligently for seals, and if successful, attempt to rebuild it. It's good to have an extra jack on hand.- South VA
