Led Accent Lighting

Well guys, im lookin to add a few LEDs to my sindle cab 93 C1500' the dome light just dosnt cut it, i have a LED module comin in for it but i need something that will let me and my passenger actually see the door handles and light/lock switches, what would you reccomend? How wouldmi power them? Ive looked at superbrightleds.com and im kinda lost aside from the stock light replacements.
What youd you suggest?

i have some led strip lights that i got on ebay under my dash that shine the foot wells works great!
