350 Misfiring after injection setup swap + Lots of CEL Codes

Me and my dad replaced the whole spider injection system on the vortec 350 in my truck. Afterwards we finally got it to start after cycling the key on and off about 6 times before starting it, and its running horribly. Misfiring, Backfiring, won't run without almost flooring it.

CEL Codes are:
P0108 - Manifold absolute pressure/Barometric pressure circuit high imput
P0131 - O2 Sensor circuit low (Bank 1 Sensor 1)
P0151 - O2 Sensor circuit low (bank 2 Sensor 1)
P1345 - Crankshaft position(CKP) - Camshaft position(CMP) correlation
P1351 - Ignition coil control circuit high voltage

Anyone got answers as to what all to check to fix each one of these problems?

The P1345 is your primary problem, did you remove your distributor?

plug them in right? vacuum leak and distributor is my guess
