Ok I got my blocks today 3 inch. After getting them on (pita because I had to do it on the uneven driveway) I tightened up the torsion bolts quite a bit, maybe 5 threads from bottoming out the bolts and the front only came up maybe a inch or 1.5 inches. Ok, can I safely crank them up 3 inches with 265's? With 3 inch blocks in the rear? Btw all the tie rod ends and ball joints were replaced 10,000 miles ago and that was mostly highway- chris111179

1997 k1500 small budget lift
I have a 1997 k1500 totally stock stock driveline. With 245/75/16 tires on it so it sits really low. I would really like it to sit up higher. I was thinking 265/75/16 tires followed by 3 inch blocks in the rear and a 1-3 inch adjustable torsion key that is cranked up to 3 inches. I don't mind...- chris111179
