Also, one more thing. I am not even sure the cable that was in the truck was the stock cable. Most likely not by looking at the way it was in the truck

Hey guys/gals. Newb here. Just picked up an 88 C1500 that has had a carb swap done before I bought the truck. The gas pedal is very stiff, and has been since I bought it. I checked at the carb itself.The throttle works smooth and there is a standard return spring that is nowhere near stiff. I...
