Belltech used to offer the reinforcing plates. I've never seen a set installed or heard of anyone using them other than magazine builds back in the early 90's. They may still offer them although they wouldn't be too hard to fab up yourself.- bdiamond

I just noticed bumpers or something installed in the ends of the overload leaves. Those will engage the overloads earlier and may be causing your problems too. Once you hit the overloads the ride would go to hell fast...- bdiamond

I think mine does the same thing. I have written it off as "beam shake". Its basically that the springs are stiffer than the frame and the frame gets oscillations in it that the shocks cant dampen. The factory had a TSB about it I have heard that it pretty much just said add weight in the rear...- bdiamond
