wiring from the bed to inside the cab?

How can I go about running wires from the bed to inside the cab? I'm gonna be installing lights on my bed bar but don't want the wires visible

I ran mine down along the frame rail up to the engine bay, then through the firewall and into the cab.

Do u remember how many feet of wiring u needed? When I did the body lift 4 yrs ago I didn't even think to check to see if there was a hole I could run them through at the back of the cab

look and see if your truck is pre-wired for trailer brakes. my truck had a orange and blue (IIRC) wires that ran along my frame rail and up into the engine bay. I used mine for air horns. The wire is a good size to. if your truck has those wires they will be taped up along the frame rail in the back on the drivers side, and in the engine bay the end of the wires will be taped up under the brake booster somewhere i cant remember exactly.
