Window weatherstripping

Hey guys, picked up a project truck a little while back and I'm working on paint right now. I need to get the weatherstripping off the door around the window and possibly the back window. How does it come off and any tips? Thanks!

I'm not sure if it comes off seperate off the window. When mine was painted I did all the work or removal and I never touched any of it. If you're painting the interior you'll probably have to remove the window anyways. Only stripping I took off was around the front window.
