With enough patience and fabrication skills you can fit anything in anything. Look at all the BMW's with LS based motors in them.

I have to ask... why a 6.2?? Yeah it's possible, but they're sackless... I would suggest some type of cummins... My next build is going to be an OBS ford with a 12v...

Because It would cost less right now to Buy the tahoe with the tired motor than I'm looking at and put the 6.2L from the suburban in its place than it would to put the suburban on the road.

Fuel tank can remain. Fuel lines need to be swapped with new ones. You will need the diesel torque converter. You will also need to re-weld the mounts. You will want to put beefier springs in it. Remember, shocks do not raise a vehicle or stiffen the existing springs. If you add 300lbs over the front tires new shocks will do nothing to level the truck out. They are only there for load control. To be honest there is no way I'd ever swap a 6.2 in anything, even if the motor was laying around. Go buy a complete small block on Craigslist for a few hundred bucks and do it right. The 6.2 was only good for a boat anchor. You can use any small block. A 265, 283, 305, 327, 350, any gen 1 motor. If you want to keep it TBI then either use TBI heads or pick up a Gen 1 TBI intake.
