I have a 00’ l29 with a whipple charger on it looks a little different then others I have seen around need help identifying the model and how much power it could supportDisclaimer: Links on this page pointing to Amazon, eBay and other sites may include affiliate code. The 454 whipple charger pushes 6-8PSI on the stock pulley. Expect around 330 hp and 450 ft lbs of torque according to the binder I have at my house on my kit.
That’s kind of what I was afraid of I guess I should pull it all off and put it up for sale has under 50,000 miles on it I’m going to be building a 496 for the truck and a2.3l blower will not be big enoughThose are small block numbers. Whipple rated the kit at 450/600 IIRC. It's a 2.3L blower, but the setup isn't going to win any races. It sure makes towing a breeze though.
I looked hard for a large similar style blower for a larger bbc and was not able to come up with a good efi setup that would not stick way up above the engine. Ended up going a single turbo pathwayThat’s kind of what I was afraid of I guess I should pull it all off and put it up for sale has under 50,000 miles on it I’m going to be building a 496 for the truck and a2.3l blower will not be big enough
The wheels are Brentz wheels if I decided to go 496ci and f1 pro charger I’ll let you knowIf you sell the whipple I’d be interested in it, and I dig your wheels what are they?
