Wheel & tire combo help

Good morning
I would like to get some information on wheels. I would like to get some torq thrust wheels on my 95 single cab. I am considering 18 or 20 inch wheels max, I like a decent tire wall for ride comfort. The plan so far is to do a minor drop 2 & 4 is probably the lowest I plan on going. Any recomendations?

IDK, but I am going with 255/55/18 for my stock height 95RCSB 2WD

I just picked up a 4x4 94 GMC 1500. It needs new tires. I have a set of 275/60/20 BFG. Trying to decide between buying 285/70/16 for the stock or new wheels to use tires I have. I don’t want to have to do a bunch of suspension work.
