what fuel pressure reg with carb??

carb setu[p stock fuel pump ? having troubles finding one with a hgih input..

Sorry first post was I was in a hurry... I have a 4.3 I jus swapped a carbed small block into.. I bought a regulator off line and it didnt say anything about inpu psi but Im having troubles with it spitting fuel out every outlet and in let and it does not have a return setup on it.. Is a return line needed? And what triggers the fuel pump switch in the tank? My truck will only seem to run if Im giving it gas doesnt seem to b getting fuel at idle unsure if its because of the loss of pressure with the leaks at the regulator.. So does anyone know a of a cheap regulator that would be a life saver ? thanks
