Pass. Statistically you will not get your money back out of it. If the opposite were true, no warranty companies would remain in business. I don't remember the exact statistics, but I believe something like 10-20% of what warranty companies collect actually goes back out to pay claims. There is a small amount for administration, and the rest is pure profit for them. They get out of big chunks of repairs via deductibles and loopholes that warranty holders aren't always aware of (i.e. read the fine print).
