as a young teen I raised 3 *****. the first one I put in with a mother cat because it was so damn tiny, like its eyes just opened. it was a female and grew up thinking it was a cat but 5 times the size. one day it tried to kill the cats and ripped up my arm. so it went for a drive. then next year I had a pair of them a bit older and I kept them wild in an outdoor dog run with all the amenities of the wild. I would take them for walks down to the creek so they could catch wild food, crayfish and what not. I did try to feed them wild foods. then one day both of them gained up on me and I acquired some cuts and a bruised ego, so they went for a drive.
keeping wild animals is straight up illegal. we think we are doing them good but we are only interfering with there natural lives and they will never be truly wild. I wish I never raised those 3 no matter how cute they are or were, I screwed up there lives and nature will take its course.
fast forward to now.... I keep poultry and those mother ******* have cost me $1000 of dollars in animals they have killed! so I kill every damn one of them that I see on our property. (which is completely legal with Ontarios protection of livestock and property act.) traps are always set and screw those varmints!
bats in a house can lead to really bad respiratory problems.... call an exterminator and be prepared for one hell of a messy cleanup.
