How do u remove them?

i just went thru this on my truck, V8 but it's still the same deal. i was told i would have to remove the coil spring or in my case the bag, & lower control arm. i was able to do it without removing either. it took a few extensions & a swivel but it's do-able. i also have my motor out & front cap removed so i had move access.
i've heard the V6 is a little harder to get to the top bolts but the lowers should be the same.
