as my question states how does tn do the diesel emission testing. the county i live in now has testing (sumner) my 95 chevy turbo diesel has the soot trap removed can i pass emissions without it or do i need another one put on. the gov site only states that i have to go through the testing it dosent state what is needed or what the test is thanks in advanced for any help
