Tail light issues

Im having issues with my tail light everything did work but now they want to work when they want to. Brake lights work and running lights do too but turn and flashers wont unless they want to. Bulbs are good. Where can i start first?

Could be the circuit boards at tail lights they are a pia

Check any loose wires, harnesses, exposed wires, if it was just one tail I would say it may be a bad circuit plate that you put the bulb in but if it's both I don't see that being the problem.

Could be a bad flasher relay under the dash.

EDIT - If your turn signals/flashers don't work at all, that is. If they work on the front and not on the back then you've got other issues.

If changed the flasher relay out. About a year ago i had already changed the turn signal switch out. Its both sides now the turn signals are working when they want to and can be sluggish. And now running lights dont. Im going to check the grounds out for it.
