Sudden rough idle

So my 97 vortec 350 starTed running rough at idle today. Only at idle. It's 100% wile I'm driving. It also started taking longer to start. It did throw a p1153 code wich is for the front oxygen sensor, but would that cause those issues? Thanks.

Why not replace the O2 sensor and go from there? It's cheap and easy to fix and might just resolve the problem.
