Still Slammin 2nd Gear******

Hello all, New member here with a problem I just cant seem to solve.
93 Chevy k1500 4x4 with 5.7 tbi Auto
When Cold out shifts to 2nd not to bad once it warms up it will just about break ur neck all of the other gears shift just fine its only 2nd. Things changed or checked-tps new, level good, red and not burnt, No CODES set good ole 12.

I have 4l60E. Update Its been about 4 days since I changed the TPS sensor and it is not hitting half as hard now it took about three days of driving for the PCM to update. It is still not as soft as the other gears but a drastic improvement. Now it has me wondering if the PO had friction plates installed??? He said the trans was rebuilt by the previous owner but didnt know when why or with what. I guess I will find out when it finally goes dead
