I bought a set of Prothane 7-206 bushings some time ago. It's recently come to my attention that the forged arms don't use shells, just rubber slugs with internal steel sleeves. Given that Prothane specifies "w/o shells", because they're normally re-used, that makes me think the kit only fits the stamped lower control arms. Prothanes catalog does not mention forged or stamped at all.

So, anyone install poly bushings with forged lower arms? Did you use Prothane, or Energy?

I just did most of the front end again.... still have OEM bushings. Those Prothane bushings I was asking about are for sale in the classified area.
