Not for a GMT-400 I know, but there's some guys on here that might be able to use this.
I bought it brand new just a few months ago (paid $125 plus shipping), and sold the truck before I installed it.
It replaces the vacuum lines and actuator with a cable system, much more reliable 4x4.
