Truck is running crappy when warm and after it's been restarted.

I think it could be related to the coolant temp sensor as the gauge never gets above 100. Think it might be choking when hot thinking the engine is cold.
I'm told there are 2 CTS on the 95 350.

I have a new TPS, IAC and O2 to swap in aswell.

On the 96+, there is the engine coolant temperature (ECT) sensor used by the computer and a separate sensor on the lower front driver side of the block that is for the instrument gauge.

I'm not sure about the TBI versions, but on the vortecs the ECT sensor is right by the thermostat. You would need a scanner to read what values it is reporting, but if it is bad it can cause hot-start issues. On the vortecs, and maybe the TBI, you can floor it while cranking to disable the injectors. This is the "clear flood" mode.

I wouldn't necessarily trust the instrument panel gauge to be accurate. A more reliable indicator of coolant temperature is obtained using the scanner.
