I have a 1995 k1500 that I swapped a nv4500 in a while back. I want to finally wire up the reverse lights and I keep reading that the wire for reverse is light green. I found a switch from my old auto trans harness that is tucked away up there with two light green wires on it. I snipped them and powered the truck and connected them hoping to get something and got nothing. I looked in the Haynes manual and it says a pink to a light green for the backup light switch. I haven't checked it out yet but was looking for some insight before I get into it again tomorrow.
