When i started on the pro pro performance revelator disc conversion. I Didn’t like the cast grey on the caliper. So I sprayed them red. Not everyone needs a step by step, but it’s nice to use as a reference.

The kit shows to remove the spindle, but I can do it without removing it. Drilled out two of the brake shield holes for the caliper bracket with a 3/8s bit.

Put the hub on to see if everthing fit. I had to use the spindle nut off the belltech spindle. The one the came with the kit had the wrong thread. It may be different now. Still it’s good to keep the old parts just in case.

Next, I had to trace the caliper mounting bracket with it bolted on to get ready to cut the ears off the spindle.

Cut the tabs off my spindle. Make sure you use a 6” cut off wheel on your hand grinder. 4 1/2 disc is too small.

At this point Make sure you use the correct caliper shims included in the kit. So you have equal pad spacing on both side of the rotor. Last pic is just an example of rotor to pad spacing
