Rev limiter

I was surprised my 92 doesn’t seem to have a rev limiter, it hit 6500 during power shift events the other day.

Just for grins and giggles, GM limited the Buick Grand Nationals to 120 mph. The same year the FBI bought 200 Turbo Regals ( stealthy) with the limited removed as pursuit vehicles. I wonder how fast.....
