replacement bolt on heads

who makes a good set of complete heads that will be ready for (or come with) 1.6 rockers to bolt on my l31. i replaced the engine a few years ago and think i now have the dreaded vortec head crack. i would like to pick up a few extra horsepower while at it. 1 stipulation is budget. i dont want to spend more on the replacement heads than it would cost to get the problem fixed.
