Power Lumbar Issues

My Tahoe is equipped with power Lumbar on both front bucket seats and a bunch of power on the driver seat. On both seats the lumbar goes forward but not backward and I don't know why/how to fix it. I did check the simple fuses I thought might be it and none were blown. So if anybody has any advice/expertise I would really appreciate it and thanks in advance.

You won't hear the motors when trying to decrease the lumbar support you will hear air escaping

Do you hear the air escaping when you push the button?? If not then something is wrong

Just tried it and can't hear air escaping but I can feel it going down so I guess it's good
