Power Door Lock Help

Hey guys, need some help on which direction to head with an issue. Just picked up a 94 Crew Cab Long Bed Dually. It needs work, so I got it cheap. Anyway, started messing with it to get a handle on what the issues were, and I found one that has me puzzled. The power door lock switch is inop for the unlock side, activates on the lock side, but the doors don't lock.

My passenger door lock stopped working - it was stuck locked with the door closed. After pulling the panel and getting the lock unlocked, I discovered that the rod going from the lock in the door (also connects to the lock solenoid) and the flipper it turns was wore.
