Has anyone retrofitted the underhood power distribution block from a 99+ truck into a 88-94 gmt400? I am in the process of removing all the unnecessary wiring from my truck (all factory computer wiring) and would love to get rid of the fusible links on the firewall and relocate that cluster of wiring to somewhere else with a cleaner look. My thought was to source a complete distribution block with the wiring from the alternator as it is designed to handle higher amp loads and wire it into my truck. If anyone has insights or pics it would be great. Thanks!
