photoshop help please?

this is my buddys 93 gmc and he would like to paint his truck and also get tow mirrors on it. we were wondering if any one could photoshop it a two tone blue with white in the middle kinda like how they where out of factory.

and if its possible to put the gmt 800 tow mirrors on it blue or just black maybe both to get a good idea.
