when your coming into stoplights can you feel downshift into first pretty good. If i dont let it downshift and accelerate it jerks into gear. should I add some lubeguard red atf protectorant ?

I know with my 4l60e and when I come to a stop, I hardly feel it shift. It's nice and smooth. Do you have anything done to the transmission or is it completely stock? I only have the vette servo done to mine, not sure if that makes a different.

Mine is soft. How many miles on Trans? Maybe get ready for another Trans my first Trans gave out around 140K now this one on it is slipping into reverse been like that for years I added a bottle of Lucas.

Did You add lucas With a fluid change? Or just pour it in on top of your 5 quarts of ATF?
